Progress is progress, no matter how small. 🤍

I have been struggling with my physio workout with @chgrehab because it’s slow, it’s mundane and it’s boring. But I tell myself if I want to do fun shits (like spinning), I gotta brace through this. So slowly, from no weight, to now a 4kg weight training.. it has been better. Nothing happier than why my physiotherapist told me “you’re improving, getting much better already, when you can handle 8kg weight, you are good already.” Slowly, but surely.

& I used to hate protein shake, consume meals unintentionally and always drink insufficient water. But now with my detox program with @bewellbyshirly, I am really discipline with my protein, nutrients and water intake, which is crucial for my recovery. & I’m happy with that.

Just grateful that things slowly falling into place.
